in her fitness classes. She's taught hatha and power yoga around
Indianapolis and studied Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh, a renowned teacher,
and experienced its life changing effects, which she would like to share with others. Karla currently
teaches at various locations in and around Indianapolis, Indiana, and is very active in the
Indiana Yoga Association.
